Born and raised in Southern California, Rich spent his youth roaming the hillsides of orange and avocado groves and body surfing California’s beautiful coastline. He picked up his first 35mm camera, a Ricoh, as a freshman in high school. One day he borrowed his dad’s Nikon F2 camera, but somehow he forgot to return it :).

He has used Nikon cameras ever since. But while family and business slowed down his photography, he always had a camera with him. After a successful career as a corporate financial executive, he returned to photography with a deep passion to capture the world’s beautiful landscapes and wildlife. He has won awards for his photography and has had images published in various international publications.. His photos have been selected as part of national exhibitions and are in private collections throughout the USA and Asia. Rich’s favorite words are, “Let’s Go!” I hope to see you on the frontier.
